ASPIRE Leadership Programme

A leadership programme designed to enable participants to:

  • help them think in different ways and strengthen their capacity to deal with uncertainty and change
  • gain insight into your management style and learn how to manage others more effectively
  • be able to manage themselves more effectively e.g. influencing, working with difference and impression management
  • increase confidence, feel more in control and less reactive
  • engage in action learning sets, focussed on solving work-based problems.


You will gain real insight into your strengths, skills and abilities as well as your work style preferences, through the use of a range of psychometric instruments in a supportive environment. You will build a greater understanding of the factors that currently limit you and will have the opportunity to receive one-to-one feedback. You will be more confident in your ability to thrive in times of uncertainty and change. Combine this with course input and access to professional networking and mentoring opportunities and you will be ready to take a leap beyond your current expectations.

About us

SEE is a Regional Employers' Organisation. We offer advice to local authorities across the south east, in addition to a range of training, development and consultancy opportunities tailored to your needs.
