Effective Casework and Advice Surgeries for Councillors

Dealing with casework and holding advice surgeries are the bedrock for any councillor.  However the modernisation agenda, changes in patterns of engagement and new technology mean that the role of the councillor is developing and evolving. This workshop on effective casework helps councillors to discuss issues and good practices and look at the benefits of effective casework/ advice surgeries. This is a half-day or evening session.
