Managing Conflict and Building Resilience

Do you dread going into work, to face that unresolved conflict in the team?

Do you sometimes feel helpless and lack energy?

Are you worried about the consequences of not doing something about it?

This is a practical and supportive course for team managers. By the end of the day, participants will have gained a range of practical tools and strategies for managing conflict and building personal resilience, and increased their confidence to manage conflict situations.

This course will cover:

  • the qualities, thinking and actions of resilient people and practical strategies to build your resilience

  • signs, causes and effects of conflict in the workplace

  • skills, processes and strategies for managing conflict, to prevent it escalating to formal procedures

  • working with different operational styles and techniques to get the best out of people.
