Development Programme for Administrators

This full-day course will:

  • Identify your strengths as administrators and any areas for development
  • Explore ways of communicating with and supporting your managers and colleagues
  • Understand the concept and benefits of behaving assertively
  • Start to develop effective techniques for managing time and stress
  • Describe the principles of impression management and influencing skills

  • Identifying different types of behaviour and their effects
  • Using a range of assertive techniques

  • Impression Management - identifying the relative importance of performance, image and exposure and how to create a positive impression
  • Developing and using influencing skills
