Managing Disciplinary and Grievance Cases

Keeping your workforce working effectively requires careful management of conflict issues and behaviour.

This practical one day course looks at how to deal with employee concerns and how to manage misconduct from the minor time keeping issue through to the gross misconduct allegations.

Target audience

This course is suitable for managers responsible for dealing with disciplinary and grievance issues and HR professionals who advise on or undertake disciplinary and grievance casework.

A basic understanding of HR and employment practice is needed in order to get the most from this course. This could be from previous experience or through attending our People Management – Law and Practice course.

This course also serves as a useful refresher and update for the more experienced manager or HR professional.
