A one-day course to enable managers to carry out their responsibilities for developing employees.

About us

SEE is a Regional Employers' Organisation. We offer advice to local authorities across the south east, in addition to a range of training, development and consultancy opportunities tailored to your needs.

 

The content will be tailored to meet your specific needs, but will include:

  • the national and regional scene – why is staff development important?
  • Investor in People standards and maintaining a learning organisation – the manager’s role in this
  • getting the best out of people with different learning/operational styles
  • options for meeting development needs – getting best value and being fit for purpose and person
  • the manager’s role as a coach and the skills required.
