Executive Coaching Service

SEE’s new Executive Coaching Service provides a bespoke, high quality coaching service, in collaboration with leadership development company Create Tomorrow Today. The goal is to help senior managers in local authorities gain:

  • greater clarity of thinking, focus and purpose
  • wider perspectives
  • personal creativity and ideas generation skills
  • improved results
  • skills to enable others to perform and be their best.

SEE also offers other coaching services for local authorities in the south east.

About us

SEE is a Regional Employers' Organisation. We offer advice to local authorities across the south east, in addition to a range of training, development and consultancy opportunities tailored to your needs.

Those who seek executive coaching are already high performers, but desire to be even more effective. This could be to support improving an area of work or gaining a different perspective on a problem.

The long-term benefits of executive coaching include moving the client towards creative, solution-based thinking, help refine issues and develop a greater sense of focus on what’s really important.

The price is £1400 plus travel (excluding VAT).

About Create Tomorrow Today

CTT was formed by Claire Chidley who has 20 years experience of working in local government. She joined forces with some of the UK’s leading coaches and trainers to help public sector leaders and leadership teams fulfil their potential.

Email, or call 01962 840664, to arrange an initial discussion between you and Claire Chidley, MD of Create Tomorrow Today.

If you decide to go ahead, you will be assigned a coach whom you will meet at a 90-minute face-to-face ‘Discovery Session’. This is where your agenda will be set and an alliance between you and the coach designed.

We then suggest three 30-minute coaching sessions per month over the telephone, for a three-month period or 3 sessions, of up to two hours, arranged initially – over a three month period, held in your workplace.
