Business Support Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated person with excellent organisational and communication skills and an awareness of working in a commercial environment where customer care and high quality service delivery is essential.

You will lead on the provision of business, administrative and financial support, including ensuring our website and social media presence is optimised, to develop our profile and build our customer base in an increasingly competitive environment. The ability to manage and support projects, liaising with external partners and customers, to generate income will be a key part of the role.

You will be confident in communicating with a range of customers and service providers including senior managers, professionals, councillors, external agencies and also with our SEE Associate Consultants. This includes responding to conflicting demands to deliver a high quality service.

Strong IT skills are essential, including writing for the website and managing content where accuracy and attention to detail are critical. Developing and implementing administrative systems and procedures are also key to supporting our business.

The office is based in Winchester. Office hours are 8.30 - 5.00 Monday to Friday and 8.30 - 4.30 on Friday.
