Management Development Service

Training and coaching go hand-in-hand. By providing some structured support and using a process to help managers develop greater competence and to overcome barriers, they can improve job performance and contribute more effectively to corporate goals.

SEE are offering a one-to-one management development service, which blends training and coaching to provide highly cost-effective tailored support.

As a manager:

  • do you sometimes consider your development needs but don't have the time or funding to attend expensive, formal courses?
  • do you wish your life was easier as a manager?
  • would you like to have strictly confidential discussions to develop your knowledge and skills?
