Mediation & Conflict Resolution in the Workplace

A three-day Mediation and Conflict Resolution in the workplace course delivered by SEE , endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).

This course will give you the skills and confidence to undertake mediation from the initial meeting with the parties through to closure, following a well established mediation model.

Target Audience

This course is intended for individuals, managers or councillors who are interested in resolving conflict at work.

Cost

SEE Members: £950 + vat per delegate

Non-members: £1150 + vat per delegate
