Extension of personality profiling services

In addition to our full range of SHL products that we use to support team and management/leadership programmes, as well as recruitment, we now offer the FACET5 personality profile (on-line questionnaire). It is a modern looking, informative report that groups traits of personality into an easily understandable format. It is highly cost-effective and Jackie Shefferd, our qualified user, would provide full feedback to individuals and recruitment panels, as appropriate. Team events can be built around this profile too (fabulous for helping people to work with different operational styles and embrace diversity and inclusion within teams).
