Team Coaching

There are many situations where team coaching is a valuable approach, for example, when a team is:

  • Experiencing significant change / restructuring
  • New or there has been significant change in membership
  • Working in a partnership or as part of a multi-agency group
  • Undertaking a strategic planning role
  • Tasked with a one-off project

Team coaching provides everyone with an opportunity to contribute and help develop solutions to which they are really committed. Expected outcomes might include:
