Training Needs Analysis

SEE can undertake a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for your organisation or specified groups within your organisation and provide a report on training and development needs. This could take the form of questionnaires, telephone/face to face interviews with individuals or groups, focus groups or facilitated workshops.

About us

SEE is a Regional Employers' Organisation. We offer advice to local authorities across the south east, in addition to a range of training, development and consultancy opportunities tailored to your needs.

 

The aim of the training needs analysis is to:

  • establish the relevance and quality of existing training programmes, their accessibility and suitability of delivery methods
  • identify emerging training needs for groups or for the organisation
  • suggest appropriate methods for meeting identified needs.
